Band Back Together - "Everybody needs a place where they can let it all out" - that's the description the website gives and its a good one. The posts are all split up according to subject matter but it really is a place for people to get their worries and fears off their chest. I've only looked around on the site a few times but so far I really, really like it.
Post Secret Community - an online chat page that came out of the followers of the fantastic POST SECRET books. Similar to Band Back Together, the community is a place to vent and to read about what others are going through. It's more mental health specific than BBT.
